RETURN POLICY

We love our products and we hope you will too!  However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will issue a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. There is no need to return the product to us. Please let us know why it didn’t meet your expectations so that we can offer improved products.  Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If any items in your shipment were damaged, please notify us immediately at info@nuthatchnaturals.com. To help resolve the issue, we will need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please make sure to keep the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
