Daily Soothing Lotion

This is not greasy and goes on light, absorbing well. There's a scent that I can't place even after looking at the ingredient list, almost like a sour smell, that I'm not too fond of. The smell on my arm eventually faded after some time.I think this is a terrible value at $21.00 (on 2023/05/01) for four ounces, which is $5.25/fl oz. When searching Amazon for "natural kids lotion," similar items are a lot less expensive at about $2/fl oz. Some are even 64 cents/fl oz!!

This is an adorable product, very giftable for a new mom. It’s so gentle on my baby’s sensitive skin. The ingredients are clean and natural. My daughter’s skin has a tendency towards eczema and this prevents flareups by keeping her skin calm and moisturized.

I put this on my son's face in the winter when it tends to be more dry. It does a good job of light moisturizing without being oily.

This lotion arrives in a cardboard box containing important usage information and ingredients on the outside. Inside is the 4 oz bottle with a pump top. The one I received didn't have a seal or a cap on the bottle. This was concerning to me because there was dried lotion on the cap and inside the nozzle. Was it used and returned? Did it leak in transit? The box showed no signs of damage, which made this even more concerning to me.It took several pumps to get the lotion to come out of the bottle because of the dried lotion inside the pump. This made me feel uneasy, especially because this lotion is intended for children. I think the company really failed by not adding a seal to their bottles.I used the lotion myself and did think it was decent. It's unscented and gentle and absorbs nicely into the skin. It's hydrating and performs as it should. I think it's a pretty basic lotion for having such a high price tag. It doesn't provide anything special to justify the cost and when you add the lack of a safety seal on the bottle, it's nothing I would consider ordering again.

Even though this is advertised as a baby lotion, I will recommend it to everyone! I work in a school and frequently wash my hands, which means my hands get dried out and chapped very easily, especially during the cold months. This lotion is almost more like a cream, in my opinion. It does not irritate my skin and feels almost like body butter. The effects of softness and moisturized skin are lasting.Hope you found this review helpful!

Made in the USA, this wonderfully moisturizing, thick cream has no added fragrance. It does have a very slight smell from the ingredients but I really had to work at it to smell anything.The cream is absorbed very quickly and didn't leave my skin looking oily or greasy. I applied it to my hands and was able to use my phone immediately after without any smears left on the screen. After just two uses my hands look so much better....too much spring cleaning had left them rough and chapped.A little goes a long way so this 4 ounce bottle should last a long time. The pump-top bottle only disperses a thin line of the rich cream so there is no waste.

The lotion is very hydrating. My daughter enjoys applying it to her skin everyday. It's exciting to watch her develop a skin care routine at an early age.

A little goes a very long way, making it a good value. It might seem pricey, but it's one of those things in self-care that is just worth it, and actually not expensive in the long run when it works so well. My child has very difficult to control dry skin around the forehead and bridge of the nose, which would end up with scratching and scabbing. We tried this and it worked better than anything else we've tried, including prescription creams. Great as an everyday cream, and also for specific applications to face and knees and other places that can need extra care. Highly recommend.

Works okay but my son hates the smell so won’t be repurchasing

Great for my 10 yr old who normally harasses me for Sephora and glow recipe - she tried this and was delighted . Ps I use it from time to time and I must say it’s awesome !

Love how natural this product is! My 7 year old really wanted to have a face moisturizer and this is so perfect for her age. No residue, odor, just natural ingredients:)!

I like to use this on my daughter after she has been on the sun. The lotion absorbs quickly but is very moisturizing.

My daughter is making an effort to take care of her skin. She has struggled with finding a hydrating lotion that doesn’t have all the harsh ingredients that adult lotions have.She displays this proudly in her vanity (she is nine) and remembers to use it everyday. We both have noticed a difference. Her skin is so soft and smooth!

My daughters never really been one to let me put lotion on her but the other day I was putting lotion on after a shower and she asked if I could put some on her. I would like to use more natural products with her if possible so I was excited to try this product for her. She has no problem with the pump and getting it out herself and is excited by how soft it leaves her skin. With the pump she can't really get to much accidently so I appreciate that part.

I ordered the Nuthatch lotion for my 6 year old and while it is gentle on his skin, I do find that more lotion would be beneficial. The lotion did help my 6 year olds hands that were quite dry and developed eczema patches from washing. The lotion has helped with his skin. The label is quite minimal, with just a QR code and no other information about the product. I wish there was more information about the product on the label without having to reference a Qr code or website. The lotion was developed by parents and kids and is a small business. It is described as using natural, sustainable, and biodegradable ingredients. It seems to be beneficial for my children's skin but having a larger size option of 8 or 16 ounces would be helpful.

Have you ever had a lotion that’s old and smells bad, like it’s gone rancid? That’s how this smells! It really is moisturizing and has ingredients that are not harmful, so I love it for my little ones. I just can’t get past the smell. There is no expiration or use by date that I can find, so I don’t know if maybe I just got one that was bad, or if this is just the way it smells. It’s worth a try because it really is a nice lotion.I’d give it five stars if it had a pleasant scent…or even NO scent! But I can’t stand it.

The kids absolutely loved that there was a special lotion for them. They really like it and they thought it was smooth on their skin. They liked it for itchy dry skin areas. It was very comforting to them. They highly recommend it!

I actually got this lotion for myself because I have super sensitive skin on my face. This lotion is very moisturizing and soothing! Did not irritate my skin at all! I love that there's barely any scent, as scent usually burns and irritates my facial skin. I highly recommend this if your like me and need a mild facial lotion!

I am loving this lotion for my one year old! It says to use a dime size amount, and it used just a little bit more, but it was enough to cover her entire body. This lotion is thick, and that’s a good thing! That means you use less! It’s very moisturizing and doesn’t leave a greasy or sticky feeling. Definitely a good choice for natural ingredients and sensitive skin 😊

My kids are very picky on what goes on their skin and are very sensitive. This lotion is light, doesn't have much smell and doesn't cause irritation. The kids love it.
